This ancient style beds are rarely found as an antique. Our striking bed is carved by hand as the original would have been-we have, however, substituted mahogany for the olivewood of old. The cherub headboard is an exact copy of a fragment from a remarkable 17th Century headboard discovered in an antique shop in Rhode Island.
